"Crawford A Caring School Community"
Bucket Fillers is a school wide program to help build unity among classmates, peers, neighbors, and staff. It was introduced and is coordinated by our school Guidance Counselor and Anti-Bullying Specialist Ms. Herold. The incentive revolves around core values of Respect, Responsibility, Self-Awareness, Caring and Kindness. Students and staff have the opportunity to complete a form describing an act of kindness and respect someone did for another. Forms are chosen from our school  bucket weekly and read during morning announcements. Those who are recognized come to the office and select a reward for their kindness and effort. So as you go thru your day ask yourself, Have You Filled a Bucket Today? Your reward could be right around the corner.

Principal's Message

June 2016

Hello Crawford-Rodriguez Families,

Thank you for a wonderful school year!  I truly appreciate all that you do to support your child’s education!   Best wishes to the 5th grade students moving on to the middle school!   I look forward to seeing all of the returning students in September ready to embark on another school year.

Encourage your children to read this summer and complete their reading log.  The summer goal is at least 40 steps!  By bringing in a completed reading log the first week of school in September, your child will be entered in a drawing to possibly win gift cards and a brand new Nook courtesy of the PTN!

Student Transfers

If your child will be transferring to a new school next year, please come into school to complete the necessary transfer out information.

Caregiver Forms

Your current Care Giver Authorization form will expire at the end of this school year.  If you are interested in continuing with your Care Giver for the 2016-2017 school year, a new form has to be completed.

Please contact the main office at 732-833-4690 to request that a new form be sent home with your child.  Remember to have the Care Giver sign the form along with your signature and return to the Crawford-Rodriguez Elementary School.
